The nominated principal contractor (Graffiti Solutions Ltd) shall apply specialist, environmentally and structurally-friendly anti-graffiti coatings to rendered surfaces.
The surfaces will be protected with 2 coats of Guardian Graffiti Shield, (a sacrificial, clear highly unobtrusive coating that is water-vapour transmissable).
These coatings shall be applied and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure validity of their warranties.
